Keystone Pavilions feature a 12″ overhang on all four sides. We use #1 clear grade pine treated wood throughout. The structural strength of pine is far superior to other wood species. It is kiln-dried after treatment, resurfaced on all four sides and given a 1/4″ radius, then sanded to a smooth finish. If maintained with stain or paint, it will hold its natural beauty for years to come.
