How Do I Get Ready for My Amish Shed?

There are a few things you’ll need to do before your shed arrives. First, make sure you know the zoning laws in your municipality. Many municipalities require a shed permit, so you’ll need to contact the township, city, or borough office to find out what you need.

Second, you’ll need a level, well-drained space for your shed. You don’t want your new shed sitting on uneven ground or in puddles of water, as both can significantly damage the structure over time.

Finally, when we deliver your shed, we’ll need to access the space you’ve prepared. If you need to remove an old shed or fence, we can help with that for an additional fee.
